I had many concerns buying your product. After I ordered the product I was still skeptical about it, But after I got it ,I don't want any other. I was quite a heavy smoker and now I do not smoke regular cigarettes for over a month. At RiteSmoke I discovered a company that is really attentive to customer needs, Great customer service and very good products. I had fears for warranties and lack of communication all which to be proven false. A citation and my full appreciation is to RiteSmoke which has to turned out to be a very honest company.
