Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth on www.RiteSmoke.com and Warranty Card, RiteSmoke's vaporizing device is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials, if purchased from RiteSmoke or an authorized RiteSmoke distributor, for a period of 1 months for atomizers and 2 month for batteries from the date of purchase. If the device fails to operate satisfactorily during warranty period you may return defective parts back to RiteSmoke. For return instructions please refer to http://support.ritesmoke.com.
This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
- modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than RiteSmoke.
- physical abuse or misuse of the product or operation there of in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in manual instruction.
- any use of the product other than that for which it was intended; or
- damages caused by shipping of the product to RiteSmoke for service.
